Follow-Up Treatments: A Podiatry Initial Assessment must be completed before booking. Follow-up appointments may include routine nail care, management of corns and callus, verruca treatment or care for ingrown toenails. Your podiatrist will assess progress and provide treatment tailored to your individual needs.
Nail Surgery: Used to treat persistent or painful nail conditions such as ingrown toenails. We offer both partial and full nail procedures depending on the severity of the problem. The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic by a qualified podiatrist to ensure the area is fully numb and comfortable during treatment. A Podiatry Initial Assessment must be completed before booking nail surgery to confirm suitability and determine the most appropriate treatment. Post-operative follow-up appointments are included.
Therapeutic Massage
Targeted massage treatments designed to relieve muscle tension, improve mobility and support recovery using sports and deep tissue techniques.
Relaxation Massage
Relaxing massage treatments designed to reduce stress and promote wellbeing. Sessions take place in a calm environment with dimmed lighting and heated blankets to help you fully unwind and relieve everyday tension.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture treatments used to help relieve pain, reduce muscle tension and support recovery. Fine needles are inserted at specific points to stimulate the body's natural healing response and improve overall wellbeing.
Please note: an initial physiotherapy consultation must be completed before booking this appointment to assess suitability for acupuncture treatment.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses suction cups placed on the skin to help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation and support recovery. Often used alongside physiotherapy and massage to relieve tightness and promote healing.
Please note: an initial physiotherapy consultation must be completed before booking this appointment to assess suitability for cupping treatment.
Injection Therapy
Injection therapy used to help relieve joint and soft tissue pain and improve mobility. Treatments may include corticosteroid or hyaluronic acid injections following a clinical assessment to determine suitability.
Please note: a clinical assessment must be completed before receiving an injection to confirm suitability and ensure the treatment is appropriate. Hyaluronic acid injections are commonly used to help improve joint lubrication and reduce pain, particularly in cases such as knee osteoarthritis.
